I had a great stay at the hotel. Cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and common areas well-maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, offering a range of amenities for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the location on the last station of one of the lines made transportation really convenient. Lastly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any queries or requests.
Nothing that I didn't like.

We stayed at a hotel on the last station of one of the lines, which was a bit far from the tourist spots. there was a big Carrefour nearby, making it convenient for shopping. the room was clean and spacious, with a nice shower. the round bed added a funny touch to our stay. We were pleased with the location and the room facilities.
The hotel staff could have been more helpful and friendly.

There were a few aspects that we did not enjoy about our stay. the hotel staff was rude, ignorant, and unhelpful.

Great location near a big supermarket and easy access to public transportation. the room was clean with a spacious shower. Plus, the concept of the hotel was interesting!
the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it took several confrontations with the staff to finally fix it.
